What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address (if given), collection and delivery areas, moving date, type of move and the details you write about the move.
How we use it
We use this information only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and carry out the work if you go ahead. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
WhatsApp messages
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your message and any photos you send are handled through WhatsApp’s own service and are subject to their terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept only as long as needed to deal with your move and our normal business records.
Your rights
